if its the same in PvP as PvE then it tells you when you are trying to use a spell against someone with spell breaker on them

victory is mine! it may sounds weird but tactics is this: i use sever artery and gash to one foe then use epidemic then use victory is mine (vim) whenever u need health. its decent and keeps you much more healthy rather than a w/mo.
i also like feast of corruption. i use suffering then feast of corruption. very good way to use necro as an aoe caster and it also gives you a decent amount of health.

in response to a bunch of posts:
first, doylak signet isnt elite, and stinks anyways.
second, glads defense may be "good on stance tank", but b/c stance tanks suck i wouldnt classify it as anywhere being a top elite. most people that use it are RA warrior scrubs, anyways.
word of healing is a very good monk elite, true. it happens to be one of the few monk elites that are good at all. (some of the ones ive heard in this thread, like healing hands, and shield of regen/judgement, are very bad ) I feel that restore condition is extremely powerful if used correctly in the right situation. word is good for an efficiency healer, so is RC. But my main point is that 90% of heal and prot monks should be taking energy management elites anyways, and hardly any monk secondaries want a monk elite, so in most cases it makes absolutely no difference what the best monk elite is, since they are uniformly worse than other class'es elites.

Warrior: Warriors Endurance (cant say why hehe)
Mesmer: Illusionary Weaponry (quite fun to play around with, gets more fun when rangers blind you, or tries to evade/block your attacks )
Necromancer: Life Transfer (good fun in ascalon arena)
Elementalist: Glyph of Renewal ( goes well with many spells)
Monk: Spellbreaker(this spell can almost make a song using just enemy clicks)
Ranger: Greater Conflagration(the fact it ruins 35% of the skills in the game)

My favorite elite is Panic. You cant use it out of random arenas but its the only skill that has some uniqueness left to it.People actually do panic when they get it on them..-2 energy to the entire team and everytime the monk or war uses a sig..bam 90 dmg..stacked with backfire+diversion=zomg nerf!! Im a sucker for the odd stuff though..my deep rooted gen x spirit
